LEGO is a brand that has cultivated a strong relationship with its consumer base. The design strategy was to illustrate LEGO’s initiative to shrink its carbon footprint through the use of these green plant based biodegradable bricks.
The solution was to show these new green bricks interacting with the old LEGO system. Using mostly white pieces to represent neutrality and the new green plant pieces, the objective was to show depictions of nature through the use of LEGO. This was to illustrate where plastic waste effects but also to show the creativity that can still be inspired with that limited palette of bricks.
